Sorry guys!!! My last newsletter was in October.  I have an excuse -  NQF5 - yes some of you will know what this means!   3 -4 months of files, internet, files and internet research.  6 – 8 hours a day but I have made it after lots of tears and sleepless nights.  Thanks to my good friend Nita van den Bergh,her husband, Cobus from Just Letting in Mossel Bay.  Good support from my friends and family,especially my husband.  He and Cobus will be named the next Jamie Oliver’s of Mossel Bay and Vanwyksdorp.  Thank you for your support.  We have to do this course if you want to stay open as an agency.  Now for the PDE exams in June!. 

Back to business!  Vanwyksdorp became a dot on a map and not the“forgotten town”!  Clients are still looking for their dream plot or house and we are glad to say that 2013 started off very well.  Quiet during January and February but we are picking up again.

Long weekends are usually the time for tourists and the up coming Easter Weekend will not be different.  It is the beginning of the KKNK in Oudtshoorn and we will be busy.    The Coffee shop – The Barking Frog and the Vanwyksdorp Mall (my office!) will be open during the long weekend.  All the guesthouses are fully booked and we are still trying to accommodate some friends and family.

We will have a street market in front of the coffee shop and the mall.  Will start at 9h00 on the Saturday morning with “vetkoek and mince”.  Bring your friends and family and come and have a cup of coffee at the coffee shop.  Sharon and Garth will be your friendly hosts and don’t forget the rugby!  They will also accommodate the rugby fans in the lounge.  Remember to book for supper  if you want to eat.  Phone Sharon on 0845687538.
